We meet at Woodend and it is soon onto the gravel through to Glenlyon and beyond.  You will be taken on quiet gravel back roads and an adventure through the Wombat State Forest.  Expect approximately 110km.

The gravel roads are in excellent condition (pending any major rain downfalls) and could be managed by a confident gravel rider on a road bike with 28mm tyres.  However, a Gravel or CycloCross bike with tyres suited to a mix of road and gravel would be perfect.  All gravel sections are quiet country back roads with gentle inclines.

Your hosted ride experience includes coffee and morning tea at approximately halfway.
